Participants receive information and guidance on travel logistics, visa requirements, health and safety precautions, cultural norms, and any necessary pre-departure preparations. Upon arrival, an orientation session is conducted to provide participants with an overview of the program, cultural norms, safety guidelines, and logistical details.

Participants have opportunities to interact with residents, community leaders, experts, and peers through organized activities, homestays, cultural exchanges, and networking events. These interactions facilitate cross-cultural understanding, language acquisition, and the forging of meaningful connections.

We must ensure that participants have absorbed the experience well. Throughout the program, we encourage participants to reflect on their experiences, insights, and learning. We will conduct group discussions and critical thinking activities to promote reflection and thinking further.
